Getting hydrated first thing in the morning goes a long way to helping you boost your body immunity, making the bowel easy, and much more.

Surprisingly when we drink water in the morning there is always coordination between the brain and the body, the body feels relaxed and the water gets to every part of the body even to the fingers.
