1. HYDRATION

  • Ensure you get yourself hydrated always by taking enough water, when you involve in some activities you tend to lose more fluid to sweat and urine.

  • Water plays a great role by aiding digestion, reducing your risk of constipation, lubricating the joint, and cushioning the muscle avoiding, staying hydrated also helps to prevent dehydration and bad breath.

2. AVOID SKIPPING BREAKFAST:

  • Most especially if you are an ulcer patient, Eating breakfast will make you active during the day.

3. A HEALTHY&BALANCED DIET
